Celebrating a New Milestone in Alzheimer’s Research

InfinixBio proudly receives a STTR research grant from National Institute of Aging/NIH in collaboration with Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Ohio University to advance our groundbreaking work on Alzheimer’s disease through novel GH Receptor antagonists.

Together, we aim to transform the future of Alzheimer’s prevention and care.

We are incredibly proud to announce that InfinixBio has been awarded a prestigious research grant by NIA/NIH in collaboration with Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Ohio University!

This grant will support our pioneering Alzheimer’s disease research, focusing on developing a novel Growth Hormone Receptor antagonist (NGHRA).

Our research taps into groundbreaking discoveries about longevity and cognitive preservation found in centenarians, who exhibit reduced growth hormone signaling associated with a lowered risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

This project aims to harness these insights to create a therapeutic solution that could potentially delay or prevent Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

By targeting the growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor-1 (GH/IGF-1) pathway, we are exploring new avenues to mitigate the factors that contribute to cognitive decline.

Thanks to the collaborative efforts from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Ohio University, we can continue our progress to transform these scientific insights into tangible health benefits that may one day change the lives of millions affected by Alzheimer’s worldwide.

Here’s to making strides in medical innovation and bringing hope to families and patients.
